7-Day Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect product, a proper complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification and claim approval.
The unboxing video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Show the package being opened completely without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the issue with the product
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or physically damaged products caused after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or installation
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if approved.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method
- For COD orders, bank account or UPI details may be required
Replacement Policy
If the received product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement based on product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹999 and are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
